∎ M.Com/ MBA in any discipline from reputed university/ institution and
∎ FCA Must have 07 years' experience as CFO in Life Insurance Companies.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Progressive Life Insurance Company Limited (PLICL) searching a successful, strong-minded, self driven and active Professional to contribute in the development and enhancement the Company`s relation with internal and external stakeholder fulfills the conditions as mentioned in the following areas:
∎ Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops tax and financial strategies;
∎ Oversees budgeting processes;
∎ Works with multiple departments, such as accounting, human resources, treasury, tax and legal departments;
∎ Reviews and approves certain forms, such as 8-Ks, 10-Ks, and 10-Qs;
∎ Makes reports that deal with potential risks and solutions as well as the company's overall financial state and presents those reports to the executive board;
∎ Ensures the company remains in line with personal and Corporate tax regulations; Implement proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring of all financial transactions;
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to Insurance Act, Company Act, Income Tax, VAT etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 12 years' experience as CEO in Life Insurance Companies ;
∎ 07 years' experience for FCA as CFO in Life Insurance Companies;
∎ Hard working, proactive & ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have IT/ PC literacy for performing digitally;
∎ Must have proper knowledge in accounting software.
