Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline in preference Finance/ Accounting from any accredited University with professional Qualification (ACS/FCS) from Institute of Chartered Secretariat of Bangladesh (ICSB).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange to conduct meeting of AGM, EGM, Board, Board Committees and perform related functions.
∎ Maintenance of all statutory records.
∎ Preparation and filling of return in compliance of regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure that board matters are handled properly including preparation of pre-meeting materials.
∎ Prepare reports, letters and research information for the board chair as required.
∎ Organizing and assist to ensures the effective action of the board in governing and supporting the organization and oversees board affairs.
∎ Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 5-10 years experience as company secretary in any listed company.
∎ In depth knowledge of company's act, Insurance act and rules, IDRA circular, BSEC act and rules and various act, rules and regulation of DSE, CSE, RJSC, CDBL, BIA, BAPLC etc.
∎ Strong Organizational and time management skills.
∎ Excellent Presentation, interpersonal & communication skills both written and oral in English and Bengali.
∎ Candidates having knowledge of HR function will be given preference.
