Job Context:
∎ Multifabs Limited (100% export oriented Knit composite Factory). One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability. Multifabs is conducting a lot of CSR activities among the employees as well as social affairs.
∎ • We are asking a CFO (Chief Finance officer) to join our Factory. The Candidates must have experience in Garments Factories and will sit in Factory compound at Nayapara Gazipur. He will be responsible to local and oversee all aspects of finance and accounting functions of the organization. Effective cost control, risk management and planning organization financial strategies.
∎ • The basic functions as CFO, the incumbent is responsible for managing the overall day to day operations and strategic functions of Finance, Accounts and Tax &VAT Department by monitoring a large group of employees in both the head office and factories.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The person to be responsible for :
∎ • Prepare Financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger , trial balance , project summary, receipt and payment statement , balance sheet , income statement , and related accounting statements and reports .
∎ • Capable to prepare financial, cash flow, financial for casting, balance sheet, budget and budgetary control of the whole accounts of the company efficiently.
∎ • Drive the company’s financial planning.
∎ • Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments.
∎ • Develop investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
∎ • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ • Develop & implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning and reporting.
∎ • Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads, and optimizing working capital.
∎ • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations by coordinating with the sales team. ( Merchandiser )
∎ • Develop and maintain working relationships with Bankers, the Auditors and regulatory agencies.
∎ • Prepare the monthly and yearly financial statements and submit the same to the management.
∎ • Company stock, inventory and liability monitor properly.
∎ • Local and oversee the company’s Financial IT System.
∎ • Ensure the compliance with the law and company’s policies
∎ • Manage overall Tax and VAT Matters of the company which includes but is not limited to payment, processing and submission of Tax and VAT returns / reports on time, handling external audits / disputes / appeals and maintaining good relations with relevant authorities.
∎ • Perform special tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ 3) Financial statement, Fund management, Product costing on garments sector and knowledge on Production with Knit composite factory.
∎ 4) In depth knowledge of corporate financial law , Tax , VAT and risk management practices
∎ 5) Ability to analyze strategies and solve problems
∎ 6) Excellent knowledge of data analysis, for casting methods and reporting.
∎ 7) Excellent leadership , organizational / Interpersonal skills
∎ 8) Ability to work under pressured environment
∎ 9) Excellent communication skill in English , Age at least 45 years
∎ 10) 15 Years experiences in large and or similar / Garments / Knit composite company is preferred.
