∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management.
∎ AccountingMBA/ M. Com. in Accounting/Finance/AIS from any reputed University;
∎ Fellow of Chartered Accountant (FCA) /Fellow Cost Management Accountant (FCMA) is must;
∎ University of Dhaka, Jahangirnagar University, North South University, students will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company, and will provide strategic financial input to senior management and design and implement the revenue generation of the company in regular and exceptional methods. While keenly overseeing the overall accounting process, the successful CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our company . His knowledge on Knit composite factory . Summary : Accounts , Finance , Bank , VAT , TAX - In all side need to knowledge.
∎ esponsible for the development, maintenance, and documentation of the Accounting System of Internal Control Plans, coordinates, and executes an efficient accounting and financial reporting for all regulatory compliance related to Accounting System of Internal Controls as required by, among other agencies and governing bodies Creates and maintains a periodic, quality internal reporting process to be used by Company Management for purposes of analyzing results of operations and making business and operating decisions about the direction of the Company Brings plans for operating efficiency to the attention of Management and assists in implementation of developed processes .
∎ Responsible and assists in implementation of developed processes .Responsible for the annual Company Budget and Capital Plan, inclusive of planning, executing and reporting on the variances from actual operating results.
∎ Responsible of arranging the yearly funding plan that includes arrange Funds for the company expansion activities by bank finance, Unique Methods to generate Funds with different financial Options with multiple tools that includes but not limited to raise Preferential Shares, finance Options /Swaps, Arrange Syndicated Loans, Raise Fund through IPO and Non-IPO strategies, etc. Revenue Generation planning and implementation with continuous follow up and proper assignment to support company growth.
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining a qualified staff that has the capabilities of executing the required actions necessary for complying with all Financial Reporting and Accounting Internal Controls as outlined by the Company Continuously maintain knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations as promulgated by, among other governing bodies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Supporting strategy development and helping enable its execution.
∎ The CFO also plays a role in prioritizing and ensuring the strategy can be funded.At least 15 years of experience in relevant field out of which 2-3 years proven track record in finance controlling, leading an managing a large Group of Industries.
∎ Establish and maintain a controlling environment for both operational and financial aspects to ensure adherence to organizational goals and objectives. Formulate variance analysis reports for the profit & loss of respective business units to identify areas for improvement and optimization. I
∎ identify, develop, and execute analyses of business initiatives, product launches, and new service offerings to drive growth and profitability.
∎ Develop and maintain monthly operating budgets and annual company operating budgets aligned with the company's growth and expansion plans. Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization concerning long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
