Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of having worked at least 12 years in brokerage houses/ merchant banks including at least 3 years as Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
∎ Excellent leadership, communication strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills
∎ Extensive knowledge of capital market operations, portfolio management and the long clientele base ( local and overseas)
∎ Thorough understanding of the principles and rules of corporate governance and regulators towards meticulous compliance in relation to capital market operations in Bangladesh
∎ Result-oriented drive and self-motivated for growth in business and profitability in keeping with Company's long-term objectives and goals leading to higher position in the market
∎ Possessing high standards of ethics and integrity
∎ Committed, hardworking, resilient and being able to work under pressure
