Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering Graduate from BUET having Manufacturing experience of any MNC/Large Local Industry;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives for all concerns of Spinning Units;
∎ Partnering with high-level officers Lead and motivate them to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team for the growth of the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability;
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;
∎ Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits;
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics;
∎ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders;
∎ Take the initiative to build a performance culture in the company through guidance coaching and nurturing;
∎ Work closely with the CFO and respective Management to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analyses on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return;
∎ Maintaining administration control and ensuring compliance for the positive standing of the Group as a whole;
∎ Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with the division head;
∎ Oversee inventory management in an appropriate manner without any excess or fewer items in the store;
∎ Provides strategic leadership to the business and execution of the business plan;
∎ Lead with the highest standards of corporate governance through systems and processes with continuous monitoring;
∎ Create a vibrant work culture and develop robust Leadership talent within Organization by nurturing internal human capital;
∎ Set out aggressive business growth and expansion plans and execute them consistently;
∎ Develop Strong relationships with Customers, Stakeholders & Government authorities;
∎ Enhance shareholder value by creating a dynamic and high growth-oriented Organization that will be covered by foreign /domestic strategic investors;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 54 years
∎ Should have proven business leading experience as CEO/COO position in any large Business Concern;
∎ Experience in any RMG/Textile Industry is not mandatory;
∎ Business acumen and strategic skills and Belief in Culture and change management;
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values;
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write resolutions, reports, comprehensive proposals, presentations and conduct telephonic communications as well as excellent communication and public speaking skills;
∎ Must have good command over Computer usage;
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill;
∎ Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision;
∎ Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles;
∎ Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.;
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices;
∎ An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills;
∎ Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
