Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university (Preference: Business Administration / Civil Engineering / Management).

• DSSC & BMA Special Courses, Additional leadership training, or professional military courses will be an advantage.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Preference:

• Retired Navy Officer, High-ranking official, or Rear Admiral

Relevant Civil Work Experience:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in corporate leadership, project management, or large-scale organizational management.

• Experience in real estate, land development, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

• Strong capability in administration, negotiation, and high-level decision-making.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead overall strategic planning, decision-making, and operations of the company.

• Ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and brand reputation in the land development sector.

• Oversee land acquisition, development, and sales processes.

• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, stakeholders, and investors.

• Provide strong leadership to the management team and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

• Implement corporate governance, compliance, and business practices.

• Drive new business expansion opportunities and enhance corporate image.
