Job Description & Responsibilities:
Lead overall strategic planning, decision-making, and operations of the company.
Ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and brand reputation in the land development sector.
Oversee land acquisition, development, and sales processes.
Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, stakeholders, and investors.
Provide strong leadership to the management team and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Implement corporate governance, compliance, and business practices.
Drive new business expansion opportunities and enhance corporate image.
