  • Strong capability in administration, negotiation, and high-level decision-making.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall strategic planning, decision-making, and operations of the company.

  • Ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and brand reputation in the land development sector.

  • Oversee land acquisition, development, and sales processes.

  • Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, stakeholders, and investors.

  • Provide strong leadership to the management team and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

  • Implement corporate governance, compliance, and business practices.

  • Drive new business expansion opportunities and enhance corporate image.
