Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute a country-specific strategic plan aligned with global objectives. Identify growth opportunities in new markets and provide strategic insights on trends, risks and opportunities
Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance project delivery within budget by adhering to local regulations and company standards.
Lead, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team. Foster innovation, collaboration and accountability while setting clear performance objectives.
Oversee the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor profitability, implement financial controls and manage risks effectively.
Represent the company, enhance its reputation and build relationships with regulators and local communities. Promote the company’s expertise at industry events and forums.
