Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Engineer (Preferably Electrical/Mechanical from a reputed institute with good result).

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Working experience in technical & commercial position.
• Out of 10 years 2 to 3 years as national level manager.
• Should have sound knowledge of handling sales team and dealer.
• Excellent communication and reporting ability.
• Selling experience on agricultural equipment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibility

• Guide, control and motivate the sales team.

• Need to monitor very closely at least ±20 key accounts (dealer) throughout the country.

• Should spend ±70% (16 days at market 9 days at Head Office) time at market (nationally) for direct sales monitoring and development of sales force.

• Plan and ensure after sales service throughout the country.

• Extensive field visit to the prospective customer & consumer throughout the country.

• Develop and update the dealers and sub-dealer’s network.

• Keep close relationship with stake holders:

• Building developers, Star Hotels, Industries

• Government and non-government offices (LGED, PWD, REB, Universities, Garrison Engineers)

• Plumbers & water pump installers. Keep and update key plumber’s database regularly.

• Monitor and update competitor’s activities.

Operation Area: Whole Bangladesh
