• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• M.Sc. preferred.

• Age 40 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial construction, preferably in garment/textile sector. 
• Membership of IEB and knowledge of BNBC, Accord/Alliance standards.    
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, or similar software.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• The Company is looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer for its some civil constructions & Steel Structure Shades project in the factory premises.

• Must be knowledge regarding both high rises building structural & finishing stage of project.

• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, designers, and contractors to define project scopes, objectives, and technical requirements.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, Accord/Alliance, ILO, and buyer standards for factory buildings.

• Review and approve BOQs, cost estimates, structural drawings, and tender documents.

• Conduct building safety inspections and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and contractor performance.

• Ensure proper documentation for compliance audits and buyer inspections.

• Report regularly to senior management with progress updates.
