HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, Hotel Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To build a proper professional team to ensure hotel is maintained and managed efficiently.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Engineering Audits.
∎ Generate Engineering departments daily reports/Monthly reports covering HLP costs and cost saving measures without diluting standards.
∎ Ensure equipment history, AMC's are properly maintained for all equipments.
∎ Putting systems and processes in place.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
