We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Chief Coordinator- Corporate Sales” to spearhead our corporate sales division.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with the company’s overall strategy.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to maximize their performance.
- Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback.
Sales Performance:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Implement sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present corporate sales reports to senior management.
Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Provide market and customer feedback to support product and service development.
Corporate Sales Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
