Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute company-wide sales and business development strategies.
Lead, manage, and scale the entire sales organization to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams.
Ensure timely sales closure for all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure sufficient and qualified lead support.
Oversee pricing discipline, incentive structures, and compliance with company sales policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, conversion ratios, and forecast accuracy.
Ensure professional client handling, negotiation, booking, and post-sales coordination.
Prepare strategic reports and present performance updates to top management.
Uphold transparency, ethics, and corporate governance in all sales activities.
