Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 35 years

• Proven experience (7+ years) in business development/sales in the cloud/software development space (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Deep understanding of cloud computing architectures including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.

• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks.

• Understanding of cloud migration strategies and modernization approaches

• Cloud platform certifications is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and emerging technologies.

• Experience in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

As the Chief Business Development Officer for Cloud Solutions, you`ll be the primary revenue driver for our cloud services division. Your mission is to establish Excel Technologies as a leading cloud solutions provider in Bangladesh, driving adoption of cloud technologies across enterprises, SMEs, and government sectors through strategic sales initiatives, partnership development, and comprehensive pre-sales support.

 

Role Overview

 

Lead sales and business development for cloud services (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud). Drive revenue, expand customer base, and build partnerships in Bangladesh’s digital market.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud go-to-market strategy aligned with major cloud platforms

• Drive cloud adoption initiatives targeting enterprise customers, government agencies, and mid-market organizations

• Lead market expansion efforts for cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation services

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering with prospective clients to understand their cloud needs

• Build and manage a robust cloud sales pipeline with consistent forecasting and revenue tracking

• Conduct cloud solution architecture design and technical presentations to C-level executives

• Develop and deliver customized cloud demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements

• Maintain deep expertise in cloud computing trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
