Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing Washing, Production Management (Washing), The applicant should have experience in Garments., Wet Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making machine plan according to sample development schedule
∎ Making machine plan for bulk production based on garment shipment dates
∎ Ensuring all Standard before starting sample development
∎ Testing color, solution and quality of sample and finished goods as well.
∎ Taking lead for first batch/bulk production
∎ Assisting on sample development
∎ Executing process of GSM Measurement, shrinkage, shade band, size set, TOP, lab test, original wash etc.
∎ Executing activities of chemical laboratory
∎ Take lead for Customer’s sample inspection
∎ Researching on the ratio and quality of chemicals in the solution.
∎ Preparing recipe for bulk wash
∎ Coordinating with customer to solve any problem related to sample.
∎ Arrange sample approval from buying house
∎ Carrying out scheduled quality assurance procedures for washing and ensure quality control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pro - active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work well in collaborative cross-functional team environments.
∎ Ability to work independently and with limited direction.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written and speaking in Bangla & English.
∎ Should be a team player having good leadership quality.
