Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemist
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking all parameters before running any lot & maintain shade according to the standard.
∎ During running shift, maintain chemistry (parameters), dyes & chemical preparation.
∎ During running shift monitor warping, dyeing & sizing.
∎ Look after the lab instruments & checking with carefully if necessary calibrate the instrument.
∎ During running shift maintain floor discipline of department.
∎ Monitor the subordinate's duties.
∎ Monitor proper housekeeping.
∎ Complete all reports, production (sizing, warping) over time reports etc.
∎ Give training & instruction to subordinates about machine's risky places & consciousness of dyes and chemicals handling.
∎ If found any maintenance problem immediately inform the concerned department senior person.
∎ To maintain dyeing and chemical compliance issues as per buyer and department required.
∎ Vast knowledge on Denim fabric manufacturing unit.
∎ Handle the worker & manage the shift.
∎ Well aware about dyes & chemical characteristics.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have Adequate knowledge on MS Office packages.
∎ Pro - active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work well in collaborative cross-functional team environments.
∎ Ability to work independently and with limited direction.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written and speaking in Bangla & English.
∎ Should be a team player having good leadership quality.
