Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (Hons) & M.Sc in Applied Chemistry or B.Sc/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CHEMIST, Chemist/ Bio-Chemist
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise the Sugar Manufacturing work in shift.
∎ To ensure the production criterion at all points, maintaining liaison with shift Engineer.
∎ To ensure the uses of chemicals in clarification process for getting better quality clear liquor/Fine Liquor
∎ To supervise the proper recording of logbook and different register, finished sugar bag counting and weighment of sugar bags.
∎ To ensure the operation of water clarifier, DM-plant, and ETP in shift
∎ To ensure the quality parameter in all unit process of sugar refining related to product quality as per SOP and ISO/FSSC standard.
∎ To follow GMP & GHP for ensuring cleaning and hygiene condition of overall plant.
∎ To Maintain administration in shift.
∎ To maintain the liaison with laboratory time to time for better performance of process as well as to achieve good quality of finished sugar.
∎ To assist the Departmental Head in any matter related with quality & production process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Four//five years in any Sugar Mills Industry will be preferable.
