Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with the buyer-required marketing department.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of agrochemical production of the factory as per the management demand.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and have a good command of them.
∎ Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
∎ Achieve maximum production by cost minimization.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
