Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generation of sales leads by visiting different competitor's agents, farms on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure the respective work and agent visit in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Accountable to prepare monthly own route plan and monitoring territory officer's route plan/visit.
∎ Report the line supervisor to give detailed information regarding activities and agents in the respective area.
∎ Build-up relation with agents and to give them necessary information regarding products, performance, prices, commissions, comparative advantages of product & attract them in business.
∎ Accountable to achieve new dealer sales and stuck dealer sales as per given target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
∎ Computer (especially in MS Excel) and smartphone operating skills are necessary.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Feed Products Sales.
