Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering
∎ Master Degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality & characteristic evaluation of all incoming raw materials.
∎ Test Report making and submit to official management.
∎ Batching Sheet making, Material & moisture Calculation & material charging
∎ Routine test monitoring for Iron contamination, moisture of Filter Cake, Pug Roll, before BK, Shrinkage-Bending, Glaze flow & glaze spread, kiln firing temperature, dryer temperature, water absorption
∎ Routine test monitoring for body slip & glaze density, viscosity, thixotropy, slip properties record, granulometry (sieve analysis), granulate moisture etc.
∎ Test of Finished products
∎ Cross checking of glaze & glazing (Density, viscosity, pick-up rate)
∎ Test kiln operation as per body & glaze temperature
∎ Alumina wash & Clay Wash preparation & supply
∎ Cost reduction of wares by increasing the productivity and decreasing the process loss.
∎ New body development (CBE & CBL Series). Control of process parameter/Controlling of defects in order to overall reduction of cost.
∎ Alumina wash development to get the better results
∎ Slip properties & granulate development
∎ Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, Compliance Issues, environmental policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresh graduates having good academic results are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have good English communication skill both in written & oral.
∎ Pleasant personality with positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
