Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA from IBA of Dhaka University shall be treated as added qualification

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop safety procedures to be employed by workers operating equipment or working in close proximity to on-going chemical reactions.
∎ Design, implement, troubleshoot, test, and improve processes, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Conduct tests and monitor the performance of processes throughout production
∎ Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes
∎ Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
∎ Estimate production costs for management
∎ Determine most effective arrangement of operations, such as mixing, crushing, heat transfer, distillation, and drying.
∎ Prepare estimate of production costs and production progress reports for management.
∎ Perform laboratory studies of steps in manufacture of the product and test proposed process in small scale operation.
∎ Conduct research to develop new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.
∎ Using scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to solve problems and improve processes.
