∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cooking Chinese foods for Chinese Guest with all kind of Soup, Thai Foods, English Foods and Bangla Foods.
∎ Proven working experience as a Chef or Cook.
∎ Should be capable to do job independently.
∎ Cooking experience with Chinese people will get preference.
∎ Should have Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes of Chinese Foods
∎ Should be honest, sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cooking Chinese foods for Chinese Guest with all kind of Soup, Thai Foods, English Foods and Bangla Foods.
∎ Proven working experience as a Chef or Cook.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure daily target-wise food cooking, preparation and maintain food quality.
∎ Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales and other essential items.
∎ Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
∎ Ensure appealing plate presentation.
∎ To modify recipes to meet delegates needs and requests.
∎ Monitor food stock and place order to buy.
∎ Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
∎ Will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
∎ Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly.
∎ Train and develop supporting kitchen staff to ensure maximum output with minimum resources.
∎ Check and maintain kitchen equipment regularly.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
∎ Any other task required for cooking assigned by the authority.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for a Chef/Cook to join Shamsul Alamin Group to cook Chinese Foods for Chinese Guests with all kind of Soup, Thai Foods, English Foods and Bangla Foods.
