  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Company & Group of Companies.

  • Must have sufficient knowledge on Business Development / Joint Venture Land Procurement and land related documents.

  • Adequate knowledge on land procurement and land surveying for development purpose.

  • Knowledge on MS-Word, MS-Excel with Bangla & English typing skill.

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Must have experience in working with RAJUK, DPDC, DESCO, WASA, TITAS Gas etc.

Duties / Job Responsibilities

  • Capability of land visit & meeting with landowner at any comfortable time of landowners;

  • Knowledge about FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculation with new DAP;

  • Prepare joint-venture proposal for prospective landowners;

  • Maintaining regular follow-up to build good relationship with landowner;

  • Conducting land measurement survey, collection of land documents from the landowner;

  • Preparing Dead of Agreement & Power of Attorney;

  • Preparing fund requisition for new land signing;

  • Preparing monthly and yearly budget for new land signing which is depending on company growth;

  • Providing summary sheet to the design department;

  • Inform business development for project sign board;

  • Liaison with logistic department for collection utility bills;

  • Inform estate department in any further land documentation required;

  • Arrange meeting between design department & landowner;

  • Collection signature & additional papers from landowner for logistic department;

  • Arranging takeover position of the land form landowner;

  • Arrange building demolition work;

  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
