The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the pastry kitchen Ensures that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage Guarantees consistency in quality, presentation and taste Pastry menu engineering Training of the other pastry staff members Coordinates with Sous Chef and F&B Manager to organize AEEA events and food festivals Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by his superiors
