Job Context:
∎ iKitchen is looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Chef De Partie to
∎ join its `LAHORE` team!

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ? Direct kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup.
∎ ? Assign tasks; supervise Commis in the preparation and presentation of food.
∎ ? Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and
∎ effectively.
∎ ? Prompt in solving issues as they arise so that customers continue to receive their orders in a timely manner.
∎ ? Make sure that all kitchen and wait staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to
∎ ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen.
∎ ? Analyze recipes and make menu changes when necessary to keep customers happy and to minimize overhead costs when possible.
∎ ? Collaborate with Executive Head Chef to align kitchen operations with the overarching goals of the establishment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ ? Hygiene related certification required
∎ ? 15+ years of experience in Pakistan/Middle Eastern Cuisine
∎ ? Strong attention to detail
∎ ? Creativity
∎ ? Ability to oversee and manage kitchen operations
∎ ? Ability to remain productive when pulled in many different directions

Salary: Negotiable
