∎ Wok Mastery: Strong skills in stir-frying, sauce balancing, and high-heat cooking techniques.
∎ Speed & Precision: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
∎ Creativity: Understanding of Thai & Chinese flavors, ingredients, and modern plating techniques.
∎ Hygiene & Safety: Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the wok section, ensuring dishes are prepared with authentic flavors and techniques.
∎ Cook and present high-quality Thai & Chinese dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
∎ Manage mise en place, ensuring the station is well-prepped for service.
∎ Control cooking temperatures, wok timing, and flame intensity for optimal dish quality.
∎ Assist in menu development, introducing new dishes and improving existing recipes.
∎ Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure efficiency in the wok station.
∎ Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with regulations.
∎ Manage stock levels, ingredient quality, and minimize waste.
