Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage all kitchen sections, ensuring efficient workflow.
∎ Prepare and cook high-quality continental dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
∎ Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost control.
∎ Train and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
∎ Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with regulations.
∎ Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to oversee all sections of our Cafe kitchen and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in continental cuisine, excellent multitasking abilities, and the skills to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
