Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and supervise bakery production, ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs.
• Manage burger bun, bread, cake, pastry, and dessert production lines.
• Work closely under the Executive Chef to design new recipes and optimize production processes.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and QA standards across all bakery operations.
• Oversee ingredient sourcing, recipe standardization, and baking schedules.
• Train and mentor bakery team members for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with automation specialists to enhance production efficiency using semi/auto bakery machines.
• Monitor production yields, wastage, and cost control measures.
