Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan and prepare the daily Bangla food menu as per organizational standards.

• Cook and present traditional and modern Bangladeshi dishes consistently.

• Maintain taste quality and presentation of all Bangla food items.

• Innovate and develop new recipes and introduce creative dishes.

• Manage stock levels and raise indents for necessary ingredients and supplies.

• Ensure kitchen hygiene food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.

• Train supervise and manage kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency.

• Control production costs and reduce wastage through proper resource utilization.
