∎ Cooking /Chef training
∎ Passion for food and cooking especially in Bengali cuisine
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Experience in culinary arts, F&B industry, or food sales is preferred
∎ Willingness to travel frequently outside Dhaka
∎ Creative and confident in front of the camera for video content
∎ Cooking /Chef training
∎ Passion for food and cooking especially in Bengali cuisine

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Restaurant Engagement & Product Promotion
∎ Conduct bi-weekly visits (2 times per month) to targeted restaurants outside Dhaka with the FS Sales team.
∎ Introduce and recommend AJINOMOTO products through customized recipe suggestions tailored to local Bengali cuisine.
∎ Provide culinary demonstrations and practical ideas for incorporating AJINOMOTO into their menus to enhance flavor and consistency.
∎ Cooking Video Content Creation
∎ Produce one cooking video per month, showcasing how to use AJINOMOTO in traditional and modern Bengali recipes.
∎ Videos will serve as engaging sales material specifically designed for new or hesitant customers unfamiliar with AJINOMOTO products.
∎ Chef Lecture Meetings
∎ Organize and host monthly lecture sessions (1 per month) with chefs at key restaurants outside Dhaka.
∎ Support the sales team by educating chefs on the benefits of using AJINOMOTO across all menu items.
∎ Drive product adoption through hands-on training, menu ideation, and Q&A sessions.
