Job Responsibilities:
∎ This list of duties is not exhaustive and you may be asked to do other duties similar to your role within your working hours as necessary for the proper running of the Charity. To achieve the below, you need to have very good knowledge of English, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as Photoshop and a video editing software, Attention to detail and having very high standards are essential,
∎ To do or have the following done under your supervision and guidance:
∎ Do all the admin work of the charity as requested.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with charities and teams working with us in our countries of operation and make sure that all paperwork requested by the Charity is obtained and all application forms for all regular beneficiaries are adequately filled.
∎ Ensure the smooth running of projects and solve problems that arise during different
∎ projects.
∎ Manage the social media of the charity and do all it takes to promote the charity and update.
∎ social media with all events and activities.
∎ Design posters and leaflets and video edit the final videos of all projects and activities.
∎ Oversee activities and functions; initiating, coordinating, and implementing systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency.
∎ Develop and present regular reports to the trustees, stakeholders, donors and partners.
∎ Develop and coordinate online fundraising campaigns and events.
∎ Develop marketing collateral to promote fundraising campaigns and events.
∎ Develop and implement effective donor management strategy with all donors.
∎ Maintain, categorise and filter all donor and fund development records.
∎ Implement and manage a Donor CRM system across the fundraising department.
∎ Work with treasurer to ensure budgets and reports are prepared effectively and accurately tracking of the forecast vs achieved.
∎ Stay informed on marketing strategies, and be comfortable doing research on different sectors.
∎ Answer Donor's queries and solve their problems.
∎ Issue and send receipts and certificates of appreciations to donors and fundraising venues.
∎ Get footage and videos for every project and translate/ review/ edit the translations from Arabic to English and vice versa.
∎ Write website content to help the charity achieve its publicity and fundraising objectives.
∎ Work with the web admin to solve problems, place new pages or projects and ensure the website is up to date and representing the charity in the best possible way.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills, Microsoft, Photoshop, & Smartphone app applications/uses.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable - Taka 25,000 - 30,000 monthly.

∎ As per company policy.
