Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in Statistics/Engineering background with certification program in data analytics, SCM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with all business functions to prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
∎ Capacity Planning (Monthly, Weekly and Daily) for all the legs of supply chain (Warehouse, Mother Hub/Sorting Centre, First Mile, Last Mile, Reverse Logistics, Transportation) integrate and provide spillage view in each function to leadership.
∎ Study on SLA across each function, integrate and Provide E2E SLA view, coordinate with process excellence to improve the SLA.
∎ Forecasting the MAN, VAN and Space, coordinate with respective team to making sure consistency in planned availability maintained to brought stability in operations
∎ Continuous monitoring Of daily, WOW, MOM Of plan Vs. Actual of the Capacity, identify assess and mitigate the same with short/long - term view

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions and drive decisions in a dynamic environment
∎ Hands on experience in PPC for minimum 5-7 Years in a complex environment with BOM more than 10K lines/month
∎ Sales or service-based inventory planning, WH management, and logistics network planning is preferred
∎ Hands on experience in SAP or any equivalent ERP MM, SD environment for a minimum period of four years
∎ High proficiency in MS Office and related analytical tools of macros and big data management
