Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing all project activities in the project area;
∎ Regular communication with CiC, ACiC, CMO, SMS team in Rohingya camp and, Union Chairman, UNO with other NGOs representative for the successful operation of project activities.
∎ Participate in designing and implementing education assessment (i.e. teacher's training needs, learner’s participation, MPC management, parent/community involvement in vocational education, etc.)
∎ Participate in designing training programs based on needs assessments.
∎ Ensuring proper management of Multi-Purpose Centers (MPCs)
∎ Ensuring support to the Training Officer to provide different types of training to the Adolescents
∎ Assist the Technical Coordinator in organizing and delivering field-level activities/training and workshops.
∎ Assess teacher’s performance through observation, class visits, spot checks, and reviews of the lesson plan.
∎ Support and participate in the interview process for new teachers.
∎ Review of curriculum, objectives, scope, and sequence.
∎ Attend all workshops and training organized for teachers and staff.
∎ Coordinate and follow up on teaching materials.
∎ Ensure integration of program approach with other sectors.
∎ Support the development of M&E tools and systems to measure and analyze learning outcomes.
∎ Supporting in creating and reviewing tests and assessment tools.
∎ Support in creating and reviewing tests and assessment tools.
∎ Report on activities and results in Center In-charge and relevant staff when required.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.
∎ Providing weekly statistical reports through the KOBO and ONA toolbox.
∎ Prepare various reports (programmatic and financial) as per requirements.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years of working experience in adolescents development programs in any reputed NGO.
∎ Female candidates will be given priority.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent skills in project management, financial management, and report writing.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 71,144 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
