Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree preferably in Education/Social Sciences/Development Studies or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of development programs with special focus on vocational education program action in Emergency Program.
∎ Responsible to organize and facilitate training and workshop as per requirement of the project.
∎ Lead the development of the strategy for the vocational education program, ensuring processes that incorporate input from education field teams.
∎ Continuous assessment, monitoring of external context, documentation of vocational education program experience / learning.
∎ Consistently and dedicatedly monitor/assess the safety and security of field teams, promptly reporting concerns or incidents to top management and liaising with other external parties like site management, CiCas required to maintain/enhance the security environment.
∎ He/she will be in charge of properly and effectively implement the training and providing necessary directions to Program Organizer/Vocational Teachers under the project.
∎ Sensitive to local and national development and clear understanding of the vocational education sector development in Bangladesh
∎ He/She will have adequate knowledge on the vocational sector of Bangladesh, Tailoring, Computer Operating System, Solar Panel Set up and Maintenance, Mobile Servicing etc.
∎ His/her responsibilities involve monitoring of project plans, supervision and monitoring of activities perform by other staffs, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
∎ He/she will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have good verbal & written communication and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience working on materials development focusing on non-formal education and early childhood education and adolescents’ development project.
∎ Experience in working with NGOs in challenging contexts.
∎ Proven skills in training material development, especially related to e-learning.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to liaise and network with GOB, and a diverse range of people and other stakeholders.
∎ Skill in training organizing & facilitation.
∎ Previous experience of formation and work with community institutions and CSOs.
∎ Ability to communicate with local-level stakeholders including government departments, local govt. and civil society organizations.
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Exceptional verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 57,200/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
