This position will supervise a team and manage the overall customer care center activities of a respective region.
Center In-Charge is overall responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.
Must be knowledgeable in after-sales service operations for home appliances mobile devices, and IT Products.
Coordinate with all center functions (Executive, Technical Engineer, Accounts, Inventory, and Logistics, etc.) and report to regions and head office.
Must be KPI driven, ensuring consistent monitoring and improvement of results.
Needs to be sales and revenue target-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue growth and profitability goals for the service center.
Excellent relationship management with vendors and the local sales team.
A dedicated salesperson with a passion for selling home appliances, IT products, and accessories.
Motivate the customer with positive reviews to convert the interest into sales.
Target-oriented and punctuality are a must requirement in the workplace.
Achieve sales targets set by the management and prepare periodic reports accordingly.
Coordinate with the service department to provide smooth and quality services.
Research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements with proper forecasting.
