Responsibilities & Context:
- Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.·
- Daily Ready Boiler Sales .
- Having excellent email and WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operations.
- Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude.
- Should be very good at reporting on time
- Observe farm management and ensure good biosecurity on the farm.
- Prepare weekly & monthly branch status reports.
- Control & monitoring of all types of activity of the line officer.
- Maintain good communication with farmers, Daily sales report & monitoring.
- Bird stock preparation & monitoring, and daily sales planning
- Discuss & monitor the daily Sales schedule.
- Daily market analysis and fix sales rate, meeting with a live broiler sales agent.
- Control and monitor all types of sales activity.
- Maintain office decorum and a good work environment.
