Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.· ·
∎ Having excellent email, WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operation.· ·
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude. ·
∎ Should be very good at reporting on time ·
∎ New Farm selection, Existing Farm visit. ·
∎ Observe farm management and ensure good biosecurity on the farm. ·
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly branch status reports. ·
∎ Treatment of disease-affected farms. ·
∎ Assurance of good quality feed, chicks & medicine delivered to the farms. ·
∎ Arrange training at the field level. ·
∎ Control & monitoring of all types of activity of the line officer. ·
∎ Maintain good communication with farmers, Daily sales report & monitoring. ·
∎ Bird stock preparation & monitoring, and daily sales planning with the sales officer. ·
∎ Discuss & monitor the daily bird lifting schedule. ·
∎ Daily market analysis and fix sales rate, meeting with a live broiler sales agent. ·
∎ Control and monitor all types of sales team activity.
∎ Maintain office decorum and a good work environment.
