Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility of category Profit & Loss .
∎ Development and execution of category strategy.
∎ Monitor & evaluation of key category growth performance indicators.
∎ Understanding of category offline trends and identify commercial opportunities
∎ Business Development and Seller Management.
∎ Establishing relationships and driving negotiations with merchants.
∎ Responsible for the growth performance of accounts within category.
∎ Management of seller communication programs and Initiatives.
∎ Negotiations top deals with sellers for various customer engagement tools.
∎ Campaign management & Trend Analysis.
∎ Develop campaign proposals with merchandiser to achieve sales targets.
∎ Develop strong Seller and brand partnerships in collaboration with other business units.
∎ Responsible for the category and seller performance during campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge on Strategy, Planning.
∎ Problem Solving & Analytical Skill.
∎ Have to be Energetic, Smart & Creative.
∎ Should have computer knowledge in MS Office (Specially in Excel).
