∎ Minimum HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good mathematical skills are required for this job
∎ Greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
∎ Record customer orders into the POS (point-of-sale) system, ensuring each and every request is fully and accurately entered.
∎ Besides processing cash, debit card and credit card transactions for guests
∎ Identify customer issues/complaints and take necessary steps to correct them.
∎ Perform returns and special transactions through the POS system.
∎ Keep the "Register Station" stocked with all necessary items.
∎ Clean and organize the "Customer isle" when necessary.
∎ Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
∎ Complete opening and closing duties.
∎ Provide guests with estimate waiting time, always maintaining a professional, courteous attitude when confronted with hostile, impatient or irate guests.
∎ Accommodate special seating request for guest whenever possible.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager on duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Professional training in related field is preferred
∎ Must be proactive in assuming responsibilities.
