Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC pass with Commerce background
∎ Skills Required: MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CASH MANAGEMENT
∎ Establish a daily statement of needs for his/her base
∎ Ensure that the delegation's cash respects the applicable guidelines
∎ Manage the duly validated payment and professional advance requests
∎ Perform payments in the field
∎ Carry out withdrawals and payment of advances, in accordance with established procedures
∎ Keep the advance books and cash journal updated
∎ Check cash balances daily and report any discrepancies to her/his supervisor
∎ Ensure cash box security and confidentiality of information
∎ ACCOUNTANCY
∎ Check that supporting documents are in compliance with internal and donors procedures
∎ Ensure that accounting documents are translated if necessary
∎ Record all entries according to Terre des hommes procedures
∎ Support the Finance Assistant in the voucherisation and the archiving of accounting documents according to Terre des hommes procedures
∎ REPORTING
∎ Take part of the weekly finance meeting
∎ Ensure the creation of reports requested by the Management.
∎ Any other tasks the line manager can request.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer skills with MS Excel [compulsory], MS Word
∎ Working experience in Accountancy
∎ Rigorous, proactive, trustful, autonomous and calm under pressure
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Good level in both written and spoken English
Salary: Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
