Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize culturally appropriate awareness campaigns on gender equality, SRHR, and protection.
∎ Facilitate and update referral pathways regularly.
∎ Assist in training community volunteers and staff on protection principles, safeguarding, SRHR, GBV, and Psychological First Aid (PFA).
∎ Verify selected rightsholders before activities.
∎ Maintain Safe Spaces/Referral Hubs/Women-Friendly Spaces (WFS) in the target area.
∎ Implement recreational and educational activities for women and girls in safe spaces.Support capacity-building sessions on gender equality, survivor-cantered approaches, and referral mechanisms.
∎ Assist in training men and boys on healthy relationships, consent, and gender stereotypes.
∎ Facilitate sessions on GBV prevention, SRHR, and STI awareness.
∎ Distribute IEC and SBCC materials for awareness-raising activities.
∎ Assist in developing training modules for community engagement and capacity-building activities.
∎ Ensure safeguarding measures are implemented to protect project rightsholders and staff.
∎ Promote a gender-friendly and safe working environment.

∎ Support research, data collection, and impact assessment in alignment with the MEAL framework.
∎ Assist in making the Complaint and Feedback Response Mechanism (CFRM) active and monitor regularly.
∎ Facilitate surveys such as KAP, Demographic, baseline, and endline gender analysis.
∎ Ensure payment of volunteers and casual laborers following IR guidelines.
∎ Assist in financial transactions related to cash distribution and financial management.
∎ Support financial documentation, including bills, vouchers, PRs, money requisitions, and cash advances.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
∎ Assist in documentation and reporting of activities, including training sessions and awareness campaigns.
∎ Support the submission of progress reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to project management
∎ Document and disseminate referrals (daily, weekly, monthly).
