Job Context:
∎ Work Location: RSC-Asia, Cox`s Bazar Office, Bangladesh.
∎ Reporting to: Case Processing Manager
∎ Department: Case Processing/ RSC Asia
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Till 31st September 2023 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
∎ Remuneration Package: Competitive Base Pay with Fringe Benefits (As per IRC National Pay Scale in Bangladesh)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 (two) years of relevant professional experience with previous data entry experience required.
∎ Resettlement processing or other NGO experience is preferred.
∎ Previous work in a multi-cultural environment is advantageous.
∎ Able to perform data processing/data collection through good listening and analytical skills.
∎ Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
∎ Able to work effectively under pressure, and with repetitive work, within specified targets and deadlines.
∎ Proven data entry/management skills
∎ Ability to perform interviews and data collection through good listening and analytical skills.
∎ Meticulously attentive to details with high accuracy and manages own quality control.
∎ Excellent data entry and report writing skills; ability to produce grammatically correct, error-free reports.
∎ Problem-solver who takes initiative to provide solutions.
∎ Good report writing skills - ability to produce precise and error free reports.
∎ Good communication skills with pleasant demeanor
∎ Able to multitask, work effectively under pressure and manage repetitive work.
∎ A team player who is also able to think and work independently.
∎ Flexible and able to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
∎ High level of professionalism while carrying duties per the SOPs (ie. integrity and confidentiality)
∎ Willingness and ability to travel to and work in remote locations such as refugee camps.
∎ Excellent verbal and written English language skills required.
∎ Knowledge of Rohingya strongly preferred.
∎ High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required.
∎ Proven advanced data entry skills with extreme accuracy, attention to detail, and self-checking abilities required.
∎ Ability to type 40 words per minute required.
