Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or advance training/ course in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Social Work, International Affairs, Humanitarian Aid, or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Based in Chakaria or Maheshkali under Cox`s Bazar
∎ The duration of the proposed contract is up to May 31, 2022
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years in relevant field.
∎ Masters or advance training/ course in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Social Work, International Affairs, Humanitarian Aid, or related field.
∎ Previous experience working with GBV survivors.
∎ Previous experience working in Case Management or Mental Health Psycho Social Support (MHPSS) is a plus.
∎ Previous NGO experience.
∎ Basic spoken and written English and Bangla.
∎ Adheres to ethical considerations and principles in regards to working with vulnerable populations.
∎ Commitment to and understanding of CARE core values and principles.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Commitment and energy to work across multiple sectors and with a variety of actors.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Able to inspire and show empathy to beneficiaries.

∎ Experience of procedures and best practice in emergency operational management.
