Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or equivalent degree in related subjects in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and relevant discipline.

∎ Project name: Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)
∎ Location: CARE Bangladesh Rangpur/Khulna/Chattogram Hub Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be for 4.5 plus years

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience, including capacity building and logistics management, financial management, compliance.
∎ Committed to achieving results in a short time frame and under time pressure.
∎ Sensitivity to political issues; knowledge of political and governance structures in Bangladesh is a necessity.
∎ Highly communicative and transparent; excellent writing skills.
∎ Planning and organizing.
∎ Resource Mobilization
∎ Good presentation, facilitation and relationship building.
∎ Communication, networking and negotiation.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
