GreenBay is looking for a smart, polite, and customer-focused Call Center Executive to manage customer communication and support for our products. The candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries professionally through phone calls, Facebook page, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
Receive and manage customer calls, messages, and online inquiries
Provide accurate information about products, prices, sizes, and delivery process
Confirm customer orders and maintain order records
Solve customer complaints and provide proper support politely
Coordinate with delivery and sales team for smooth order processing
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders or issues
Maintain customer satisfaction and professional communication
Update customer information and daily reports regularly
Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
