Responsibilities & Context:
- রোগীদের কল রিসিভ করা ও সিরিয়াল বুকিং ম্যানেজ করা
- ডক্টরের শিডিউল ও ক্যালেন্ডার ম্যানেজ করা
- রোগীদের কল/মেসেজ/ইমেইলে তথ্য দেওয়া (ভিজিট টাইম, ফি, লোকেশন)
- সিরিয়াল কনফার্মেশন, রিমাইন্ডার কল বা মেসেজ পাঠানো
- রোগীর প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজন হলে ফলোআপ করা
- কাস্টমারদের সাথে ভদ্র, ধৈর্যশীল ও পেশাদার আচরণ করা
- প্রতিদিনের রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও ম্যানেজমেন্টকে জমা দেওয়া
