রোগীদের সিরিয়াল ম্যানেজমেন্ট করা
রোগীদের রিসিভ করা ও প্রাথমিক তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা
ডাক্তার দেখানোর ফি / টাকা কালেক্ট করা
রোগীকে প্রয়োজনীয় ইনফরমেশন দেওয়া (চেম্বার টাইম, ফি, ফলো-আপ, রিপোর্ট ইত্যাদি)
রোগীদের শান্তভাবে ও ভদ্র আচরণে হ্যান্ডেল করা
ডাক্তার ও অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্টদের সাথে সমন্বয় করা
