Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  1. Experience in telecommunication and bank call center is preferable
  2. Should have experience to work as a team leader or supervisor in any call center for 6 months to 1 year minimum is a must
  3. Good grab in excel is mandatory
  4. Excellent communication skill and demonstrate good listening skills
  5. Self motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
  6. Confident to take challenge and fulfill KPI.
  7. Flexibility to work till late and over night shifting minimum 3 days a week
  8. Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
  9. Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
  10. Good reading and writing skill in both Bangla and English
  11. Applicants have to be smart, energetic and good communication skill
  12. Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team
  13. Excellent Communication skill with customers
  14. Sense of responsibility and Achieve the targets
  15. Analytic skill and working ability for team development
  16. Quality assure of the team regarding their daily task and call
  17. Monitor a team and work for their development, daily work, reporting, discipline and train them when needed
  18. Good command in Microsoft office and CRM software specially excel for daily reporting
  19. Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain the designated teams Train up and qc the teams Regular reporting for the process

  • Prepare roaster plan for the agents Call analysis and plan for process betterment

  • Process upgradation planning Meeting the target KPI

  • Maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales calls target by the teams Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentation prepare

  • Daily and monthly attendance of the team agents
