Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a team of call center agents and assist to conduct various meetings.
∎ Monitor queue and track inbound & outbound calls, call waiting, abandonment call rate.
∎ Preparation of roster management, keep record of attendance, daily statistics and leave.
∎ Take calls when agent cannot handle, supervise the overall activities and evaluation of agents calls.
∎ Assist in preparing various reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience at any reputed Call Center preferably at Banks/Telecommunication as Supervisor.
