Responsibilities & Context: - Maintain the designated teams Train up and QC the teams Regular reporting for the process
- Agent Performance Management
- Train teams and individuals effectively on quality procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices across the business functions.
- Training soft skill to the team as per approved my company guideline or line manager
- Call analysis, providing needed feedback, team meeting, work to upgrade the quality of the performer/employee
- Taking daily, weekly, monthly session for call quality training
- Process up gradation planning Meeting the target KPI
- Maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales calls target by the teams Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentation prepare
